Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed.
Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused and unopened

It is in original packaging

A return request is made within 14 days of delivery
For health and safety reasons, used or opened medical items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used medical items

PPE, masks, or hygiene products

Items damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
Banks may require additional time to release the funds.
