This has been an absolute life saver!! My mom uses a bariatric wheelchair and it has been very difficult to find a cushion that fits the exact width of the seat. This one fits perfectly. The bonus is that it is the perfect firmness as well. It's firm enough that she no longer feels the bars under her seat (since the wheelchair is quite old and has regular wear and tear) AND it's soft enough that it feels like she's sitting on a cloud. It truly is amazing
